The Moments
As we begin a new year, we find ourselves reflecting not just on what we’ve accomplished, but on what matters most: the relationships we’ve built, the trust you’ve placed in us for your medical care, and the ordinary and extraordinary moments we’ve shared.
We celebrated joyous moments with you and our team: birthdays, new babies, anniversaries, athletic accomplishments, and holidays together. And we also walked alongside one another through harder days: unexpected injuries, illnesses, family challenges, and personal losses. At times, we acknowledged that medicine is called a practice for a reason, and we reflected and remained committed to continual growth and learning. We also heard stories of early diagnoses allowing for more memory-making, midnight calls that prevented ER visits, and nervous parents who could sleep easily knowing their newborn was in good hands after a last-minute appointment at the end of the day. Our team supported you from afar, through travel-related medical challenges on other continents, on the slopes of mountains, and out at sea. We read about a front desk member’s smile lifting your day, how a nurse or medical assistant made you feel seen, or how your physician truly listened. These stories mean everything to us.
Thank you for reminding us, every day, that healthcare is personal. It is built not just on knowledge, but on our connection, and we are excited to strengthen that connection with you in 2026.
Highlights of 2025
Professional Excellence and Development

Dr. Amanda Morris presents at an event in Fishers.

Dr. Matthew Priddy, board member for PPA, provided remarks.
A commitment to professional excellence has always been among our core values, and in 2025 we were thrilled to promote both Dr. Amanda Morris and Dr. Erin McDonald, respectively, to serve as our Director of Medical Excellence & Innovation and our Director of Physician Development. Both presented topics such as brain-boosting exercise, cognitive support, hormone therapy, and women’s health this past year. Internally, they helped guide team development and best practices, ensuring we stay current, collaborative, and committed to offering the best care possible.
Our physicians served on boards and as mentors, within Indiana and nationally. We also continued to extend our voice and resources beyond the practice walls. Our leaders travelled to Charlotte, Dallas, and San Francisco for national conventions as we strengthened relationships and broadened our influence among the 100+ concierge medical groups that participate domestically and internationally through the Private Physicians’ Alliance (formerly ROAMD). We leverage these relationships daily to assist with travel needs and geographically diverse referrals, while making sure that we are constantly exposed to the most progressive technologies, therapies, and preventive medicine techniques for the benefit of our patients.
New Office Milestone

Testing everything out for our members!

COO Joe Rizutto and hardworking team members focused on the organization for efficiency!
In February, we took a huge leap in opening our third office on the north side of Indianapolis, and, in the process, also returned to our roots by resuming tenancy in our original Naab Road location. Familiar connections and geography made this an ideal way to expand our operations, while also elevating our presence there with updated design and amenities. Thanks to the dedication of our team led by Office Manager Tiffany Ehret and CMO Dr. Craig Veatch, this move wasn’t just logistical. It was personal. From installing storage racks to organizing supplies, our team put in extra hours to ensure the space reflected the standard of care you have come to expect. We are so grateful for your support as we continue to grow our practice while protecting the intimacy and personal touch that will always distinguish your experience at Priority Physicians.
New Physicians
We also had the privilege of welcoming two fantastic physicians to our practice. Dr. Stephanie Kinnaman joined us in Fishers, and Dr. Sarah MacGregor began at our Indianapolis location. Both quickly became trusted by their patients and teammates alike. Their presence enriched both our clinical capabilities and culture and allowed us to expand our services to many of your friends and family referrals, all while maintaining our low physician-to-patient ratios.
Community and Digital Engagement

Dr. Stephanie Kinnaman and her husband enjoyed supporting our long-standing partnership with the Heroes Foundation.
Philanthropic support has always been an important commitment from Priority Physicians as well, and in 2025 we were thrilled to continue our long-standing participation with cherished causes such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (now Blood Cancer United), the Heroes Foundation, Little Red Door, and the Alzheimer’s Association, as well as with several local schools and other health-related organizations.
We continued to extend our voice and resources beyond the practice walls. Our social media efforts connected us with more than 20,000 individuals in December alone, spreading knowledge, wellness tips, and a bit of joy. Meanwhile, our blog and newsletter, The Pulse, became a consistent monthly resource, featuring topics from memory and nutrition to the benefits of creatine.
We introduced the Spruce texting platform to make non-urgent communication with your care team more seamless, secure, and efficient. While it is an important complement within our communication options, for those of you who still prefer a phone call, our team remains ready to connect with a familiar voice.
We have also been working on the introduction of a Priority Physicians mobile app (coming in 2026) to help efficiently reference and interact with our group in a convenient “one-stop shop.” Here you can contact our office, review team member profiles, reference phone numbers, pay an invoice, map office locations, offer feedback, and much more!
We elicited your feedback and responded with meaningful updates. We celebrated an industry-leading net promoter score and an impressive member retention rate, no doubt attributable to our excellent physician care teams. Your input helped us implement process improvements and engage with you on what matters the most. 2026 will include our continued reflection on the unique member experience we provide and on ways we can exceed your expectations while delivering the highest level of medical care. Thank you sincerely for your continued engagement to help us better serve you!
Growing Matters and 2026
2026 will be another landmark year for Priority Physicians, and we couldn’t be more excited. The start of a new year allows us all to think about growth in different ways. In our case, some of these amount to structural and team growth, with our new Fishers office in development and the addition of a family physician (details forthcoming) at our Indianapolis location in late March. Across all locations, we’re carefully interviewing candidates so we are ready when you refer a family member or dear friend who needs our care, and also meeting the needs of our existing members.

Progress on our new building in Fishers!
We are eager to open our largest office yet. Our custom 17,000sf build is already underway on Jack Walker Lane in Fishers, just a few hundred yards from our current Fishers location. By fall of 2026, we expect to move our operations into a fresh new space that will allow easier access, natural light for our team offices, and a setting that supports the kind of relationships, amenities, and experiences we foster at all our locations.
Beyond structural and team growth, new clinical partnerships are helping us expand our preventive-care and screening capabilities in fast-growing areas such as human longevity, cognitive health and assessment, enhanced physical assessments, gut microbiome testing, hormone health, and more. You can expect to hear more about these developments in the coming months.
We began this message by reflecting on the moments that matter most: your stories, your trust, and the everyday ways we provide medical care for you. And those moments keep growing, day by day. Yes, we’re growing, but not away from what matters most; we’re growing closer to it. Thank you for entrusting us with your care and for letting us share these moments with you.
