Do you bill insurance? (Why not?)
No. We do not directly bill your insurance for any of our clinical services. This frees our doctors from any undue influence over your healthcare by insurance providers and allows us to order and review diagnostic tests and treatments deemed medically necessary to meet your needs. It also ensures that our interests remain fully aligned with those of our patients – to treat your health needs in the quickest, most efficient manner possible.
Do I need to keep my insurance?
Yes. You will also need your insurance to cover lab analysis, pharmaceuticals, vaccinations, screening and diagnostic imaging, and additional services incurred through other providers, including emergency care, subspecialty consultation, or hospitalization. In these cases, our labs, pharmacies, and any outside providers will bill your insurance per usual. Your insurance will handle these claims in a manner that is consistent with your individual policy.
Do you see children?
Yes. Our medical staff includes board-certified family medicine physicians who are fully trained to meet your child’s primary care needs. Our facilities also include a pediatric care room that has been specially appointed to make your children feel comfortable during their visits.
