Comprehensive Executive Annual Exam
Our physical health assessment compares with the most notable and elite programs available. Each of our members receives a comprehensive annual physical examination that is used to assess risk factors, establish areas of medical focus, and ultimately to help our physicians create a personalized and preventive wellness plan that addresses the needs of that individual. We are also pleased to offer our annual exam as an a la carte service option for those individuals and organizations who may not be interested in a full practice membership.
Our exams commonly take 3-4 hours to complete, and specifically include:
- A complete patient medical history and behavioral risk assessment
- Blood pressure check and collection of vital body statistics
- Extensive blood panel with screening labs
- Heart scan
- Lung scan
- Spirometry (as indicated)
- Electrocardiogram
- Treadmill stress testing
- Urinalysis
- Pap smear
- Current vaccinations
- Triple vascular screen (at physician’s discretion, recommended for those over 60 or who present higher risk)
Screening results are often available within 24 hrs, and our physicians will follow-up for a consultative review of the exam results shortly thereafter. Our staff will then work with the patient to coordinate appointments with any necessary referral providers in the event that a sub-specialty consultation is required after your exam.
A comprehensive written report will be sent to the patient, outlining the results of the exam and the preventive care plan recommended by our physician. An electronic copy of the individual’s relevant medical record is also included on a personalized USB memory device for the added convenience of our patients. It will contain the results of the exam along with a listing of allergies, current medications, and vaccination history. The preventive plan established by your physician will also be included.
