Joe Rizzuto – Chief Operating Officer
Joe is a native of Carmel, IN, and a graduate of Indiana University, from which he holds bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Marketing. Joe brings more than a decade of Fortune 100 experience to our team after working as a senior executive for Target Corporation before joining Priority Physicians in 2010. As the chief operating officer, Joe builds and implements the strategies that support our corporate operational, financial, and business development goals. Joe lives in Carmel with his wife and three children. He enjoys supporting their multiple educational and community activities and has general interests in sports, home improvement projects, and time spent relaxing with good friends.
Marie Pyle – Director of Operations
Marie joined our office January of 2017. She comes to us with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. Originally from Goshen, IN, she started her career working in direct patient care. Her experience consists of managing front and back office functions, and centralized scheduling. She managed IU Health’s radiology centralized scheduling department for over 10 years. In her role as director of operations, she provides daily leadership supporting the entire team. Marie lives in Fishers with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially with her husband, and their two daughters who are very active in softball, volleyball, and soccer.
Michele Teters – Office Manager (Fishers Location)
Michele joined our team in August of 2013 with a strong background in sales support, administration and customer service. She received her bachelor’s degree in Health Information Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Michele spent a year coordinating patient care with Dr. Veatch in Indianapolis before being promoted to her current position as Manager of our Fishers location.
Erica Burger – Sr. Member Services Associate
Erica graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Communication and Broadcasting. She served as account executive with the Indiana Pacers before deciding to bring her service and sales experience to the world of healthcare. A veteran member of our staff, Erica has played an invaluable role in helping to set the tone for our team’s commitment to excellence. Her responsibilities include support of daily office operations, IT/EMR administration, and coordinating patient care on behalf of Dr. Priddy.
Stacy Hewitt – Member Services Associate
Stacy has been working as a licensed practical nurse for over 20 years, including more than 10 years devoted to family medicine nursing. Her experience has been invaluable in serving the needs of our patients both thoughtfully and efficiently. Stacy’s duties are focused on the administrative support of Drs. Fraser and Szewczyk and their patients, and include the management of scheduling, coordination of referrals, and insurance pre-certification/prior authorizations on behalf of our patients.
DaShon Smith – On-Site Phlebotomist
DaShon joined our team in July 2015 as our On-Site Phlebotomist in partnership with True Health Diagnostics. She is certified in phlebotomy and offers 18 years of experience. She works closely with Meghan to provide quick service with high quality to our patients needing labs. DaShon is currently pursuing her degree as a Registered Nurse. She has been a resident of Indianapolis for 15 years.
Gabby Sullivan – Member Services Associate
Gabby joined our team in October of 2016. She has been working as a licensed registered nurse for over three years. She earned a bachelor’s of science nursing degree from Marian University in December 2013. She devoted most of this time working in the NICU department at St. Vincent. Her experience has been invaluable in serving the needs of our patients both thoughtfully and efficiently. Gabby’s duties are focused on the clinical and phlebotomy care of the entire practice as well as coordinating patient care on behalf of Dr. Veatch. Her duties also include the management of scheduling, coordination of referrals, and insurance pre-certification on behalf of our patients. Gabby was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. She enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Tyann Schlabach – Front Office Concierge
Tyann joined our team in November 2016. She comes to us with more than two years of healthcare office experience coordinating the healthcare needs and referrals for families with children. She represents our patient experience and helps with administrative duties. Tyann is originally from Goshen, IN, and moved to the Indianapolis area after graduating from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in health science. She enjoys being at the lake in the summer, spending time with her family and friends.
Tiffany Ehret – Member Services Associate
Tiffany joined our team in November of 2016 with more than six years of experience in healthcare as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. She received her associate’s degree in Medical Assisting from Ivy Tech in 2010. Her experience has been invaluable in serving the needs of our patients both thoughtfully and efficiently. Tiffany’s duties are focused on the clinical and phlebotomy care of the entire practice as well as coordinating patient care on behalf of Dr. Fraser. Her duties also include the management of scheduling, coordination of referrals, and insurance pre-certification/prior authorizations on behalf of our patients. Tiffany is originally from Wabash, IN and has lived in the Indianapolis area for nine years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
Brooke Clay – Front Office Concierge
Brooke joined our office in February 2018. She comes to us with more than seven years of healthcare experience scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals for patients. She represents our patient experience and helps with administrative duties. Brooke was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. She enjoys spending time outdoors, cycling, rollerblading and spending time with her husband, Matt and their fur baby “Tally”.
