Matthew Priddy, M.D.

Dr. Priddy is board certified in family medicine and is a member of the board of directors for the American Academy of Private Physicians (AAPP).  He completed his training at the IU School of Medicine and his residency at St. Vincent Hospital, serving as Chief Resident his final year.  A second-generation physician, Dr. Priddy has specialized professional interests in cardiac stress testing, addiction medicine, dermatological procedures and pediatric/adolescent medicine.

S. Craig Veatch, M.D.

Dr. Veatch is board certified in internal medicine and received his doctor of medicine degree from IU.  After graduating from the Internal Medicine Residency Program at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, he completed a Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Central Indiana Sports Medicine and Orthopedics in Muncie, IN.  He is trained in adult medicine and the non-operative care of musculoskeletal and athletic injuries, sports nutrition, and exercise fitness and prescription.

Shelagh Fraser, M.D.

Dr. Fraser is board certified in internal medicine.  She attended Yale University where she received both her undergraduate degree in philosophy and her doctor of medicine degree.  Dr. Fraser completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Washington, and served as chief medical resident at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System.  She also completed a fellowship in Internal Medicine at the Regenstrief Institute of the IU School of Medicine.

Emily Szewczyk, M.D.

Dr. Szewczyk is board certified in family medicine.  She received her undergraduate degree in Medical Technology from Purdue University with a year of training in the St. Francis School of Medical Technology.  She completed her doctor of medicine degree at IU in 2001 and continued her training in family medicine at St. Vincent Hospital.  Dr. Szewczyk practiced with the St. Vincent Physician Network until 2010 and maintains a special interest in the care of women and children.

Joe Rizzuto – Chief Operating Officer

Joe is a graduate of Indiana University and holds bachelors degrees in Psychology and Marketing.  As Chief Operating Officer, Joe builds and implements the strategies that support our corporate operational, financial, and business development goals.  Joe brings more than a decade of Fortune 100 experience to our team after working as a senior executive for Target Corporation.

Peg Weir – Director of Operations

Peg possesses over 25 years of diverse administrative, operations, human resources and sales support experience within several Fortune 500 companies. Peg’s primary responsibility is member satisfaction with our practice.  She oversees daily operations and supervises all non-medical services provided to our members.  Peg also provides support to Dr. Fraser and her panel of patients.

Ellen Kizik – Operations Assistant

Ellen graduated from Butler University in 2007 and has been in sales and customer service for the past four years. She is responsible for front office management, scheduling all same-day appointments and most annual exams, providing additional support to the doctors, and facility housekeeping. In her free time, Ellen coaches Sabre fencing through IndySabre Fencing Club.

Erica Burger – Sr. Member Services Assistant

Erica graduated from Indiana University with a bachelors degree in Sports Communication and Broadcasting.  She served as Account Executive with the Indiana Pacers before focusing her energy on healthcare.  Her responsibilities include daily office operations, IT/website administration, laboratory processing, coordinating patient care and assisting Dr. Priddy.

Cindy Hackett – Member Services Assistant

Cindy is a licensed practical nurse with 30 years experience. She has a diverse nursing background from medical sales to working in the Emergency room in addition to various other clinical settings. Cindy is responsible for basic clinical duties including phlebotomy and direct support for Dr. Szewczyk and her panel of patients. Cindy and her family relocated to Indianapolis from Northern Indiana in 2011, where they had owned a restaurant for 18 years. In her spare time Cindy enjoys antiquing, gardening and interior design.

Cassie Garner – Member Services Assistant

Cassie began her career in the medical field as a nurses’ aide after accumulating significant experience in the customer service industry. She graduated from Harrison College in 2011 with a degree in applied health science as a Certified Medical Assistant. In addition to assisting with basic patient clinical care and office phlebotomy, Cassie supports Dr. Veatch and the administrative needs of his patients.
